Elexon specialises in developing and manufacturing electronics for our customer’s products. Our customers want to focus their expertise on what they are best at - and trust us to take care of their electronics. We have a track record in choosing the right solution to solve our customer’s problem within the required budget.
We have an in-house manufacturing facility to build the products that we develop. However, dealing with us does not mean that you are limited to the capabilities of our own manufacturing facility. We have relationships with contract manufacturers in China and Australia, so we will use the most appropriate facility based on volume and complexity.
While our specialty is electronics, we have working relationships with world-class industrial designers to develop entire assemblies, including injection moulded casings. We also manufacture entire assemblies (including mechanical parts such as casings, probes etc), if that better suits our customer’s needs.
Our service is ideal for the development of new products or to improve the design of existing products. We work with you - in a partnering style - to develop the electronics for your product. When your product is ready for manufacture, we will manufacture it for you, including removing any teething problems.
Elexon Electronics was formed in Jan 2006, but has a wealth of in-house experience because Elexon purchased the expertise and know-how of IEDEC Pty Ltd. IEDEC operated very successfully for over 12 years before the transition to Elexon. All IEDEC staff has transitioned to Elexon.
